IM A MOTHER OF THREE CHILDREN, ONE DOG AND THE PROVIDER OF A CHILD'S WORLD CHILDCARE, I HAVE COMPLETED AND I AM CERTIFIED TO CARE FOR UP TO EIGHT CHILDREN IN MY HOME. TWO BEING UNDER TWO AND SIX BEING OVER TWO YEARS OF AGE. I ENJOY WORKING WITH THE CHILDREN ON A DAILY BASIS AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WATCHING THEM GROW WHILE IN MY CARE.  I WILL TREAT YOUR CHILDREN AS LITTLE PEOPLE AND GIVE THEM THE SAME LOVING CARE THAT I GIVE MY OWN CHILDREN EVERYDAY THAT THEY ARE HERE AT A CHILD'S WORLD. SO WHEN YOU DROP YOUR CHILDREN OFF PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WONT GO TO WORK WONDERING  IS MY CHILD OK OR ARE THEY HAVING FUN TODAY, YOU WILL KNOW THAT THEY ARE JUST FINE WHEN THEY HAVE A SMILE ON THEIR FACE OR THEY JUST NEVER WANT TO LEAVE DAYCARE. I HAVE ALSO BEEN FINGER PRINTED BY THE FBI AND THE STATE OF MARYLAND SO IF YOU EVER HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO ASK THE STATE, MY SELF OR ANY OF MY DAYCARE PARENTS AT ANYTIME. YOU WILL NOT FIND A COMPLAINT ON ME OR MY DAYCARE.

MY GOAL'S
*I want to continue training and furthering my education as long as there is something that I can learn that will help me make a difference in a child's growth.  

* I want to provide the best quality childcare in Maryland so any guidelines or regulation changes I will be using them immediately.

*I will provide each child in my care with techniques that I have gained knowledge of during my training and years of childcare.

*I will help get each child to a school readiness level before they start Kindergarten using my MMSR training -What does this mean?  I will provide them with daily lessons, social emotional growth, large and small motor skills activities, a ton of fun, educational toys,  programs and activities to do daily and much more.

*My goal is for every child to leave my care knowing there alphabet by sight,  by sound, I want them to know how to count to at least 20, have number recognition and be able to use beginner writing skills.

*I expect most children to have learned there letters, numbers, colors, shapes, animals, objects, opposites, body parts, calendar in all ways, recognize holidays and respect other people as well as them selves.     

 

 

Maryland Childcare administration requires that all childcare providers have training in CPR, Basic First Aid and 6 training hours per year in Continued Education Units (CEU) and all  hours/classes taken over these requirements means your childcare provider has went above and beyond the state requirements for you.

The Maryland Child Care Credential 

Is a voluntary program that recognizes child care providers who go beyond the requirements of State licensing and registration regulations. There are six credential levels, each one recognizing a child care provider’s achievement of a specified number of training clock hours, experience and professional activities important for providing quality child care programs. Participating providers are required to complete training in six Core of Knowledge areas that will help them develop the knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care for the children and families they serve.
